These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of worldpenetrator.com (the "Site"), operated by World Penetrator ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting the signup form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to submit the signup form. By submitting, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
2. The Signup List
The Site currently offers an early-access signup for our forthcoming launch. When you submit the form and check the marketing consent box, you are asking to receive promotional communications from World Penetrator by email, phone, or SMS about our launch, products, projects, and related updates. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information
- Use automated means to submit the form or scrape the Site
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site
- Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of any third party
4. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its name, wordmark, design, copy, and other content, is owned by World Penetrator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any launch will occur on any specific timeline.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Penetrator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed CAD $100.
8. Withdrawing Consent / Deleting Your Data
You can withdraw marketing consent or request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@worldpenetrator.com. See our Privacy Policy for more.
9. Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may change or discontinue the Site at any time and may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for any dispute, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
